John Glassco Translation Prize

Deadline July 31, formerly June 30. Neutral free contest offers C$1,000 for an author's first book-length translation into French or English, published in Canada during the previous calendar year; work may be poetry, fiction, creative nonfiction, or children's book. Contest is open to Canadian Citizens or landed immigrants. Fiction predominates among winners; most recent poetry winner was in 1998.
